Laura Storey will offer a 30 minute live attunement (lead-ins or meditations).

New to Focusing? Open to anyone seeking a moment of self-connection and to experience a sense of Focusing if you are new to it. With no prior experience in Focusing or meditation required, all are welcome.

These sessions will not include a Focusing practice or partnership space, but rather are purely for attunement. Participants will have the option to share their reflections in the chat after the attunement.

Each session will stand alone (registration required for each session and a new zoom link will be sent each month) and newcomers are welcome each month.

Laura is a Certified Focusing Practitioner and Trainer with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals across 25+ countries. She has guided hundreds of people in learning to listen deeply to their whole self—body, mind, and spirit.
