Presented by Nicole Palker-Dorio
This event will not be recorded.
This course will not include CEs.
This workshop, led by Nicole, invites participants into a space of story, sharing, and feeling to explore how our history—both personal and collective—has shaped our human experience. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, we will examine how inherited burdens and societal power structures started as sources of original wisdom and bedrocks of community but became trapped in an energetic of suppression and diminishment.
Together, we’ll explore the interplay between individual beingness and collective systems, recognizing that resilience emerges from integrating our lived experience to reclaiming authenticity, selfhood, and strength through community. Through guided reflection and somatic practices, participants will experience how the pain of the past can be reimagined as fertile ground for a new human story—one built on compassion, authenticity, and mutual empowerment.

Community Outreach Authentic Conversations Series:
Authentic Conversations—A Call to Birthing the Wholeness Together
Series DescriptionJoin us for a series that goes beyond dualistic dialogue — it’s about real and humanizing conversations: living authentically, engaging fully, and finding ways to connect even within systems that are designed to keep us apart.
We know the old systems cannot contain the complexity of who we are. At the same time, we have not yet known what a new system that serves and supports all of our differences looks like. For the past nine months, we have been gathering consistently — listening, learning, sharing, and imagining together. Through this process, we have begun to give birth to a new vision: a system that includes and serves all of us, where none of us have to abandon our authenticity or deep knowing in order to be seen as a valuable member of a community.
We now invite you into this exciting, emerging conversation — not only to explore what such a system could be, but also to take the first steps in dreaming, creating, and embodying it together.
