Join our compassionate community to practice being more & doing less! This retreat will be an opportunity to take time for oneself, to be gounded in the wisdom of the body, and center one's attention with heartful qualities of care, compassion & joy.
NeuroSystemics is an integrative methodology building resiliency and empowerment internally and in relationships. The Dharma program focuses specifically on grounding one’s attention and awareness in highly regulated nervous system states, offering deep possibilities of insight and wisdom to arise.
This “Somatic Dharma” retreat will explore the central importance of grounding one’s meditation practice in a regulated nervous system. So much of our daily life experience challenges the sense of feeling deeply embodied and feeling good, so it is key to offer the nervous system some space, kindness and attention to strengthen it. This resilience-building offers profound possibilities to deepen insight and understanding the true nature of mind.
In this retreat, we will:
Explore the links between somatics & spirituality
Practice a range of nervous system regulation tools
Offer personal sessions to deepen embodiment with a trained somatic facilitator (limited spaces here)
Be supported by the wider holding of a team of compassionate facilitators
Find ways to integrate the practices in daily life
