EVENT DESCRIPTION
For calming our minds, lifting our spirits, and deepening realization. These practices open you to the authentic, unified ground of your being—fundamental consciousness pervading your body and environment as a unity. In this approach, the radical openness of nondual realization is based on deep contact with the internal space of one's body. Through subtle inward attunement, we realize ourselves as fundamental, unified consciousness, pervading our own form and our environment as a whole. In this way, we discover an authentic, quality-rich experience of our individual being at the same time as we transcend our individuality. Judith will teach the main Realization Process practices, as well as breathing, chanting, and visualization practices, and sitting, standing and walking meditations. The classes will be recorded. Everyone is welcome. All times listed are Eastern time zone.
Presenter Bio
Judith Blackstone, PhD, developed the Realization Process, a method of embodied psychological and relational healing and nondual spiritual awakening. Judith teaches the Realization Process world-wide and online, in workshops and teacher certification trainings. She is the author of Trauma and the Unbound Body: the Healing Power of Fundamental Consciousness, Belonging Here, The Enlightenment Process, The Intimate Life, and The Empathic Ground.
