Since 1996, we have been advancing the practice of Somatics. We are a nonprofit membership and educational association dedicated to developing and promoting the science, art, and practice of somatic therapies and embodiment practices.
The United States Association of Body Psychotherapy (USABP) is an international professional organization paving the way for the growth and evolution of the principles and standards of somatic psychology, somatic psychotherapy, and body-mind integrative practices.
With over 35 training institutes and universities — a combined pool of 34,000 students, alumni, members, plus a vast array of resources, USABP stands at the forefront of somatic psychology and embodiment practices, setting the standard for excellence.
