Welcome to

SOMATIC PSYCHOTHERAPY TODAY - The USABP Magazine

ONLINE

The United States Association for Body Psychotherapy is launching a new magazine entitled:  Somatic Psychotherapy Today: A USABP Magazine.

This publication is designed to disseminate information about body psychotherapy as well as information about psychotherapy in general. It will provide a forum for sharing news and advances in clinical practice, research, resources, and policy as well as information about professional activities and opportunities in the field of body psychotherapy and psychotherapy.

Its purpose is to bring concepts involved with body psychotherapy to a larger public audience (both clinicians and laypersons) to capture their interest and support individual growth as well as collective growth in our local and international communities. While this new publication cannot capture everything related to the immense field of psychotherapy, we will strive to provide a venue for our readers (be it therapists, students, researchers, folks in waiting rooms) to experience different perspectives.

Somatic Psychology Today will be distributed to the complete membership of the USABP which includes academics, clinicians, students and affiliates who share a common interest in body psychotherapy as well as psychotherapy in general.
